If you have recently purchased a product from Icon Republic and need to return it due to damage please see the simple steps below:
Returns Authorisation
If you decide you no longer wish to purchase the goods after they have been delivered we must be notified within two days following the receipt of your order.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Icon Republic. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. To receive an RMA, contact us by emailing info@iconrepublic.co.uk You will be given the RMA # and the address for the returns.
Upon receipt of an authorized return, Icon Republic will provide a refund to you, as long as the item is not marked or damaged in any way and so can be resold.
Returning the Item
When re-packing the item – wrap the item securely and include any invoice and a short note explaining the damage. The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe return.
